🔰 धन्वंतरी की पुस्तक निघंटु ’बहुत अच्छी थी। यह सबसे पुराने मेडिको-वनस्पति शब्दकोश में से एक है। बाद में इस किताब को कश्यप ने संशोधित किया। यह औषधीय जड़ी बूटियों और दवाओं पर एक ग्रंथ है।

🔰 बरनी मुहम्मद बिन तुगलक और फिरोज शाह तुगलक दोनों का समकालीन था। उन्होंने कई प्रसिद्ध ग्रंथ लिखे, जैसे कि फतवा-ए-जहाँदारी, जो मुस्लिम शासकों द्वारा योग्यता प्राप्त करने के लिए सिद्धांतों पर विस्तृत है।

🔰 विजयनगर साम्राज्य में कला और वास्तुकला की शैली अनिवार्य रूप से भव्य, अलंकृत और विपुल थी। विजयनगर शासन के दौरान पूरे राज्य में कई मंदिर बनाए गए थे। इस समय के दौरान कला और वास्तुकला ने एक निश्चित परिपूर्णता और अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त की।

🔰 विरुपाक्ष मंदिर विजयनगर साम्राज्य की राजधानी हम्पी में बनाया गया था। इसे पंपापति के रूप में भी जाना जाता है जो सबसे पवित्र था और अपने वास्तुशिल्प मूल्यों के लिए जाना जाता था। हम्पी के खंडहर विजयनगर की वास्तुकला की विशिष्ट शैली के साक्षी हैं।

🔰 विजयनगर के चित्रों के नमूने निम्नलिखित स्थानों पर पाए जाते हैं: तिरुपति और लेपाक्षी। सोमपल्ले में चेन्नेकसवा मंदिर, कांचीपुराण में वरदराजा मंदिर और हम्पी और एंगुंडी में मंदिर हैं।

🔰 भारतीय उप-महाद्वीप में अलग-अलग स्थानों पर रॉक एडिकट्स, पिलर एडिट्स, और गुफा शिलालेखों के रूप में अशोकन एडिट्स पाए जाते हैं। रुम्मिनदेई शिलालेख एकमात्र आसोकन शिलालेख है जो कराधान का सटीक संदर्भ देता है।

🔰 मौर्यों ने एक विशाल सेना को बनाए रखा। राज्य कर इतनी बड़ी सेना को बनाए रखने के लिए अपर्याप्त थे, इसलिए उन्होंने अधिक राजस्व उत्पन्न करने के लिए कुछ आर्थिक गतिविधियों को विनियमित करना शुरू कर दिया। आय का मुख्य स्रोत भूमि राजस्व था।

🔰 यजुर वेद प्रमुख रूप से बलिदानों के प्रदर्शन की प्रक्रिया से संबंधित है। यजुर वेद के उपवेद को धनुर वेद कहा जाता है। इसमें लघु जादू मंत्रों का संग्रह होता है, जो बलि के समय पुजारियों के एक निश्चित वर्ग द्वारा उपयोग किया जाता है।

🔰 तीसरा वेद जो यजुर वेद बलिदानों के प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रक्रिया से संबंधित है। यह मुख्य रूप से अनुष्ठान-भेंट सूत्रों का संकलन है। इन्हें एक पुजारी द्वारा सुनाया गया, जबकि एक व्यक्ति ने यज्ञ अग्नि से पहले अनुष्ठान किया।

🔰 पश्चिम बंगाल के पारंपरिक छड़ी कठपुतली रूप को पुतुल नच के नाम से जाना जाता है। वे लकड़ी से नक्काशीदार हैं और एक विशेष क्षेत्र की विभिन्न कलात्मक शैलियों का पालन करते हैं

✅The book ‘Nighantu’ was wriiten by Dhanvantari. It is one of the oldest medico-botanical dictionary. Later this book was revised by Kasyapa. It is a treatise on medicinal herbs and drugs.

✅Barani was a contemporary of Muhammad bin Tughlaq and Firuz Shah Tughlaq both. He wrote a number of renowned texts, such as the Fatwa-i-Jahandari, which elaborates on the principles to be followed by Muslim rulers to attain merit.

✅The style of art and architecture in the Vijaynagara empire was essentially opulent, ornate and exuberant. Numerous temples were built throughout the kingdom during the Vijaynagara rule. During this time art and architecture attained a certain fullness and freedom of expression.

✅Virupaksha temple was built in the capital city of Vijaynagara empire, Hampi. It is also known as Pampapati was the most sacred and noted for its architectural values. The ruins of Hampi are a witness to the distinct style of architecture of Vijayanagar.

✅Specimens of paintings of Vijayanagar are found at the following places:Tirupati and Lepakshi. the Chennakesava temple at Somapalle, the Varadaraja temple at Kanchipurarn and the temples at Hampi and Anegundi.

✅Ashokan Edicts in the form of Rock Edicts, Pillar Edicts, and Cave Inscriptions are found at different places in the Indian Sub-continent. The Rummindei inscription is the only Asokan inscription which makes a precise reference to taxation.

✅The Mauryas maintained a huge standing army. The state taxes were insufficient to maintain such huge army, so they started to regulate certain economic activities to generate more revenue. The main source of income was land revenue.

✅The Yajur Veda majorly deals with the procedure for the performance of sacrifices. The Upveda of the Yajur Veda is called the Dhanur Veda .It contains a collection of short magic spells which is used by a certain class of priests at the time of sacrifices.

✅The third veda which is the Yajur Veda deals with the procedure for the performance of sacrifices. It is mainly a compilation of ritual-offering formulas. These were recited by a priest while an individual performed ritual actions such as those before the yajna fire.

✅The traditional rod puppet form of West Bengal is known as Putul Nautch. They are carved from wood and follow the various artistic styles of a particular region.
