Bhargava Rama

Bhargava Rama's birth has often eluded people as he is Unique, a Brahmana with the nature of a Kshatriya. He is the Avatara of Vishnu and A Rishi, seer of Mantras in Rigveda 10th Mandala. Son of Rishi Jamadagni and Renuka, he would go on to annihilate all evil Kshatriyas on Earth for 21 times.

Prior to his birth, some things had been ongoing for centuries. Kartaviryarjuna, a king of the Chandravamsha who was an evil tyrant in search of gaining extreme powers to rule all the worlds. Kartavirya once served Rishi Dattatreya selfishly and demanded a boon of him. That boon included a condition that the kind of man that may be able to kill Kartavirya should not have existed earlier, and cannot exist later either.

Chapters 116 of Vanaparva speaks of how Kartavirya went on a terror campaign against every ruler on the Earth and even the Devas who could not defeat him. The Devas prayed to Vishnu only to stop him and Vishnu took a form and did a penance in Badari. At this time, King Gaadhi, father of Vishvamitra, was in Vanavaasa and he had a sister Satyavati by name.

Gadhi's Sister and Vishvamitra's Aunt Satyavati Devi was a very Dharmic woman who was married to Rishi Rchika - a Brahmana of the Bhargava Gotra. Gaadhi, เคถ्เคฏाเคฒ/เคธाเคฒा of Rchika asks Rchika for a boon, it will be good if Rchika's son through his sister that would have the power of 1000 war horses fit for protecting Yajna. Rchika, who was the brother-in-law (เคœीเคœा) of Gaadhi, granted this boon.

Now Rchika's father Brahmarishi Bhrgu came from Devaloka and told Rchika to consummate his marriage in a certain way. They made a mistake and hence it was said by Devas that a Kshatriya would be born. Satyavati prayed to Bhrgu, that she only wanted a Brahmana. He heard the prayer and granted her this boon - her son will be a Brahmana but grandson will be a Kshatriya-like Brahmana. So Rchika and Satyavati beget Rishi Jamadagni. And Jamadagni marries Renuka the daughter of Raja Renu and begot Bhargava Rama - as per the delayed condition of the boon Bhrgu gave Satyavati.

Kartavirya Arjuna for the greed of cow, steals cow from Jamadagni. Jamadagni asks Parashurama to kill Kartavirya, who's order he executes. In the absence of Jaamadagnya, the sons of Arjuna kill Jamadagni, father of Rama. Then angered on the Adharma, he kills and 21 times the Evil Kshatriyas. After which till now, he is meditating on Mt Mahendra. The Kshatriyas born after that, some of them where of the same patrilenal clans, but many of them where offsprings of Kshatriya mothers and Brahmana fathers who retained the Kshatriya Varna.

It is true according to the Mahabharata's Vanaparva and Adiparva that so many Kshatrabandhus had died at Bhargava's hands, that many Brahmana sages had to marry Kshatriya princesses and restore many lineages through such Niyoga marriages. Now let us see who reject all this - supremacists who claim to be Brahmanas and their rival supremacists who claim to be Kshatriyas.

One group claims that all Brahmanas can go about murdering people and that Kshatriyas are their slaves, while the other group rejects the existence of Bhargava Rama altogether. Both these groups -

1. Have implied that Vyasa is a liar
2. Have implied that Valmiki is a liar
3. Have implied that Rama and Krishna are liars
4. Have denied the existence of Vishnu's avataras and His boons
5. Have implied that all Vaidika Acharyas of all Sampradayas who accept all of these stories are liars and frauds for doing so.
6. Have denied Niyogavivaaha which the Vedas sanction and thereby have called the Vedas lies.

Krishna clearly tells that those going against the most rudimentary Varnadharma lose their Varna and become avarnas. Which is why He addresses Jarasandha by 'bho' instead of the Kshatriya honorifics. Narada says clearly in all his Upadeshas to Yudhishthira that Sanatana Dharma has no place for atheists and he calls deniers of Vedas and Vedic knowledge as atheists or adharmins of various other kinds. Falling from your Varna by

these sins can happen to anyone born in any lineage. So people who spread such stories about Bhargava Rama have all either lost their Varna statuses (maybe they lost it even prior to committing this evil), or never belonged to the Brahmana or Kshatriya Varnas to even begin with.

Such an avatara as Bhargava Rama, due to its exceptional nature, cannot be worshipped either. Bhargava Rama still walks among us and Kalki Bhagavan will give him darshana when Kaliyuga ends. No human has the right to question the Sankalpa of Bhagavan ever. Those who do so are not Sanatanis any longer and are as good as Mlecchas irrespective of their lineage of birth. For after all, the worst asuras of the Mahabharata were born in the greatest lineages of the time.

Brahmanas and Kshatriyas are each others' protectors. Kshatriyas use their arms to protect Brahmanas and Brahmanas use their penance to ensure the Kshatriya's sins are lost and his Kshatriyatva remains intact. Anyone saying otherwise is against all Varnas, the Vedas and is against Bhagavan Shriman Narayana Himself. To name a few who actually said and believed such things - Duryodhana, Gautama Buddha, Hiranyakashipu.
