Common Mistakes of Daily Sanskrit

1. KutrataH - no need of saying kutra-tah, kutah is enough for, = "from where, from when, why, for what reason, that's why", these meanings. 'tah' represents all
meanings of 5th Vibhakti.

2. bahish - बहिष् is an Avyay. It needs no Vibhakti, people tend to add it anyway. I came from outside can be said 'बहिर् आगतः' if there's ambiguity, you can say 'बाह्यात् आगतः'।

3. kushalam - भवान् कुशलम्? is wrong. Kushalam is abstract noun, like joy, peace etc. It's like asking are you joy/peace? I should ask are you at peace? अपि भवान् कुशली? Or अपि भवती कुशलिनी? If you want to ask "Is everything fine?", you can say "सर्वगतं कुशलम्?"

4. वैश्विक -This is a very common but wrong usage, one should use जगत for Global, but वैश्व is commonly used for a group of Devas. वैश्विक is sarvatha unacceptable.
