Siddhartha Mohanty set to take over as Managing Director of LIC w.e.f Feb 1, 2021

⛔️The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Siddhartha Mohanty as the new managing director (MD) of Life Insurance Corporation (LIC). He will assume charge with effect from February 1, 2021, till his superannuation on June 30, 2023. He will replace TC Suseel Kumar, who will retire on January 31, 2021.
