Theme and Objective

👉🏻To strengthen their democratic institutions.

👉🏻 Forge a common agenda to address threats.

👉🏻 Fighting corruption,Defending against authoritarianism.

👉🏻Promoting respect for human rights.

👉🏻Total of 110 countries are invited.

The invitees from the Asia-Pacific region.

👉🏻Countries like China and Bangladesh were not invited.

👉🏻India said that technology companies should contribute to preserving open and democratic societies.

👉🏻India conveyed that the democratic spirit is integral to Indian civilization.

👉🏻 Indian PM said that Democratic spirit,including respect for rule of law and pluralistic ethos, is ingrained in Indians..
