ЁЯУН Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has launched a Drone-Based vaccine delivery model named,
ICMR’S Drone Response And Outreach In North East
ЁЯУН aimed at ensuring that life-saving vaccines reach everyone.
ЁЯУН first time that a ‘Make in India’ drone has been used in South Asia to transport COVID vaccine over an aerial distance of 15 km [road distance 26km] in 12-15 minutes.
ЁЯУН The delivery model would serve remote areas and hard to reach terrains.
